2.1 AI as a Creative Tool: All recipes and images within Dishify are generated by AI models (Gemini or similar). These models base their outputs on generalized information and patterns derived from large datasets. They are not infallible sources of fact.

2.2 Potential Inaccuracies: AI-generated recipes may include inaccurate measurements, overlooked dietary restrictions, or suggestions that conflict with certain health conditions. Similarly, AI-generated images may not accurately depict the actual ingredients or final dish. You acknowledge and accept that Dishify cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated Content.

3.1 Ingredient Scanning: When you scan food ingredients using your device's camera, our AI (Gemini) attempts to identify these ingredients and provide recipe suggestions. You consent to allow Dishify to store and process these scanned data in our database.

3.2 User Data: By using Dishify, you consent that we may collect, store, and use your scanned ingredients, generated recipes, and related data in order to enhance and personalize your experience. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle and protect your data.

4.1 No Guaranteed Accuracy: All nutritional facts, serving sizes, cooking instructions, and any information derived from the AI are provided "as is" without any warranty. The AI may approximate, omit, or guess details, particularly with portion sizes or caloric counts. You accept full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of ingredient amounts, cooking steps, and nutritional values.

4.2 Dietary Filters and Allergies: Dishify may offer dietary filters (e.g., vegan, gluten-free) or disclaimers about allergens. Because these filters depend on AI reasoning and may be incomplete or imprecise, you must confirm that the recipe fits your personal dietary requirements and does not include any ingredients that could trigger allergies or intolerances.

5.1 Third-Party Ads: Dishify may display ads, offers, or promotions from third parties. These ads help support the App's continued development. Dishify does not endorse or guarantee the content of these third-party advertisements.

5.2 No Liability for Third-Party Actions: Any relationship or transaction between you and the advertiser is strictly between you and the third party. Dishify assumes no responsibility or liability for any products, services, or actions of third-party advertisers.

6.1 Premium Features: Dishify may offer subscription-based premium features. Payment processing is typically handled by a third-party gateway (e.g., Stripe).

6.2 Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable. Dishify does not handle refunds for in-app purchases made through external payment processors or app stores.

6.3 External Transactions: Transactions made outside the App (e.g., direct payments to third parties) are not Dishify's responsibility. Dishify assumes no liability for disputes or payment errors that occur outside official Dishify payment channels.

7.1 Database Storage: We store your scanned ingredients, AI-generated recipes, cooking instructions, and other user-generated Content in our database. This data is used to improve recipe recommendations and further refine AI suggestions.

7.2 Marketing Communications: By using Dishify, you consent to receive marketing and promotional emails regarding new features, offers, and updates. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.

8.1 Assumption of Risk: Using AI-generated recipes involves inherent risks, such as incorrect ingredient measurements or questionable cooking methods that might lead to undercooked or unsafe dishes. You assume all responsibility for any outcomes, including but not limited to illness, allergic reactions, kitchen accidents, or inconsistent results.

8.2 Medical and Health Considerations: Dishify is not a medical service. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for specific medical or dietary advice.

8.3 No Liability: Dishify, its developers, and partners are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from any recipe suggestion, cooking instruction, or AI-generated image, including instances where the recipe was followed precisely yet caused illness or harm.

9.1 Evolving AI Services: Dishify relies on third-party AI technologies (e.g., Gemini). These services can change, become unavailable, or update in ways that may affect the App's performance or Content. We reserve the right to modify or suspend any AI feature without prior notice.

9.2 Content Updates: Recipes or images generated at one time may differ significantly from those generated later due to ongoing AI model updates or changes in Dishify's logic.

10.1 Right to Modify: Dishify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of changes. Your continued use of Dishify constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

10.2 Service Changes: We may update, change, or discontinue certain features or the entire App at our sole discretion without notice.

11.1 External Links: Dishify may contain links to or allow access to third-party websites, services, or content. Dishify does not endorse or assume responsibility for these external resources. Any interaction you have with those third parties is at your own risk.

11.2 AI-Generated Image Attribution: The images provided by Dishify may be generated via Gemini or another AI service. We make no claims about intellectual property ownership of these AI-generated images or their resemblance to real dishes.

12.1 As Is, As Available: The App and all Content, including AI-generated recipes and images, are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim any and all warranties, either express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

12.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we guarantee that the AI-generated Content will be free from mistakes, omissions, or inaccuracies.

13.1 No Special Damages: To the extent permitted by law, Dishify, its developers, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated Content.

13.2 Maximum Liability: In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, Dishify's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

14.1 Applicable Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dishify or its parent company is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or another dispute resolution mechanism, unless otherwise required by local laws.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dishify regarding the App and AI-generated Content. Any failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
